When a loved one passes, it’s important to find a Memorial Service Venue that will provide a dignified space to honor their memory. Willow Creek Ranch provides a tranquil and memorable location to host a meaningful Celebration of Life event.
Willow Creek would be honored to host a memorial service for the ones you love.
Our 7-acre property in Valley Center, CA has a large grass lawn and tranquil pond, oak trees and market lighting.
Option #1 Starting at $500 for up to 50 guests
Includes two hours for your event and 1 hour for setup and cleanup.
Includes three high bar tables with linens and lanterns,
Outdoor living room setup that includes a couch, table & two vintage chairs, and
Use of our vintage chair collection and decor items.
Add $5 per additional guest
Option #2 Starting at $1,500 for up to 50 guests (no food)
Includes three hours for your event and 1 hour for setup and cleanup.
Rentals for 50 guests
5 60” round tables with a linen from our collection plus
Gold Charger Plates and your choice of linen napkin from our collection
Three High bar tables with linens and gold lanterns
50 White folding chairs

Requirement separate from the package:

Purchase 1-day event insurance policy through eventhelper.com or similar insurance company.

If alcohol is served, you must include host liquor liability on your insurance policy and hire a licensed and insured bartender.

We setup and teardown all items included in this package.

Add-on additional event hours at $250 per hour.

Caterers must provide health permit and insurance.

Parking attendant required for guest counts of 75+. $35 per hour.
